  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD (if available).

Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).

  • Tiva Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or external factors.

  • Express (11-hour) delivery is available only for Ludhiana pin codes.

  • Tiva Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if they meet the criteria mentioned in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days once the returned item passes quality checks.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours unless the item has already been processed or shipped.

  • Sale items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
