Tiva Jewellery – Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery

  • 11-hour express delivery is available only for Ludhiana pin codes.

  • For all other locations, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Timeline

  • Ready-stock jewellery ships within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise stated.

  • Bulk or large-quantity orders may require an additional 1–3 business days and may be bulk-packed for safe shipping.

  • Made-to-order ship within 5–7 business days due to careful craftsmanship and quality checks.

Delays

  • Tiva Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistic issues.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link / tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Incorrect Address

  • If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned.

  • Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
