Tiva Jewellery – Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and have all original tags attached.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive the item, exchanges/refunds will be processed within 15 business days(With online refund for Online Payments/Store credit for COD Payments only)

Conditions

  • Any damaged or tampered product will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, the customer may need to pay the difference amount if the new item costs more.
