RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and have all original tags attached.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Once we receive the item, exchanges/refunds will be processed within 15 business days. (With online refund for Online Payments/Store credit for COD Payments only)

Conditions

  • Any damaged or tampered product will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, the customer may need to pay the difference amount if the new item costs more.
